Having worked in the assessment industry for the last 15 years, I have often reflected on the lack of transparency in the services offered and in particular pricing. Listening to past colleagues speaking with clients has often reminded me of encounters I’ve had with plumbers and mechanics ‘not sure about that’ deep sigh ‘oh its gonna cost but I cant say right now without looking at the …’ .
I don’t believe there has to be all this mystery, so I set about establishing a new approach to Assessment services.
