Why should your presentations be more dynamic, engaging and persuasive?
Whether you’re giving sales pitches, leading meetings or presenting research findings – the ability to present dynamically can set you apart and open up opportunities for growth.
Dynamic presentation skills can help you advance in your career.
Dynamic presentations enhance communication, engagement and understanding. They don’t just provide information, they are an opportunity to create a meaningful connection with your audience and leave a lasting impact.
And yet – many people don’t receive proper training in important career skills. Instead, they’re expected to improve through practice alone. This isn’t ideal. To deliver a memorable and effective message that motivates your audience, you need to learn and hone the skills to become a ‘Skilled Presenter’.
Engaging your audience
An engaging presentation is not only about delivering information, it’s also about creating a meaningful and memorable experience for your audience. It is a way to connect, inform, inspire and leave a lasting impression.
The Skilled Presenter™ workshop teaches skills that help you to deliver a clear, memorable message that addresses your listeners’ core concerns. It provides the tools and techniques you’ll need to craft your content and tailor your message, using a language your listener will understand.
Being persuasive
Many presentations are meant to influence the decisions and actions of the audience. Whether you’re persuading your team to adopt a new strategy, convincing investors to fund your project or seeking to win over customers – the ability to persuade is essential.
Prepare and deliver like a professional
The Skilled Presenter™ workshop examines how to deliver a perfect presentation. We focus on how listeners perceive the speaker and introduce reliable techniques that professional speakers use to prepare and deliver presentations. Participants deliver stand-up presentations – receiving feedback from the instructor and other participants.
The workshop focuses on three key areas of presenting:
ENGAGING YOUR AUDIENCE: Field questions with confidence; understand and address listeners’ needs; and involve your audience and keep their interest with captivating focus group techniques.
CRAFTING YOUR CONTENT: Anticipate audience concerns with our proprietary ‘7 Questions Game™’; determine the optimal sequence and structure of information to make the best impression; and learn the dos and don’ts of effective and appropriate visual aids.
PERFORMING WITH IMPACT: Gauge your readiness with our Confidence Test and overcome nerves with professional techniques; support your message with the right body language, eye contact and voice projection; and know what to do when your technology fails.
